PlayStation4 Owners are disgusted by the incomplete framework of Cyberpunk 2077. The developers of this title had promised revolutionary gaming experiences, regardless of purchasing the PS4 or PS5 version of Cyberpunk 2077. False marketing was implored to generate finances for CD Project Red, developers of this hyped-up MMO. Gamers disappointed with the lacklustre performances seen have requested refunds from Sony, which requires patience on extensive wait-times & unfavourable service representatives.
Reddit postings indicate that Sony Computer Entertainment have begun issuing refunds for consumers that purchased Cyberpunk 2077. Terms & Conditions surrounding those refunds are complicated, with consumers unable to experience the gamer for longer than two hours. This means individuals that pre-orders or bought their copies digitally after release, cannot exceed that timeframe without being eliminated from returns.
Customers intelligent enough to review the time playing Cyberpunk 2077 on their PS4s avoided losing out on refunds. Almost every downloaded copy of this title for the PlayStation4 has suffered from substantial frame-rate issues, graphical discrepancies, game shutdowns, and numerous other problems making the game unplayable. Reports indicate most pre-ordered players that haven’t downloaded Cyberpunk 2077 have initiated their returns, avoiding disappointed associated to a game that’s been desired for several years.
Postings made on Reddit indicate that average hold-times for returns with Sony take an hour. After contracting service representatives with the long wait-times, prompt solutions are provided & quick refunds are issued. Other posts indicate that service representatives weren’t willing to help, requiring the user to repeat the process.
Don’t Get Excited
CD Project Red are unlikely to increase the graphical component of Cyberpunk 2077 – PS4 Version but will improve gameplay. Graphics won’t be improved because pre-order sales for Cyberpunk 2077 earned CD Project Red a profit. Release sales technically don’t matter anymore. This could be horrendous for the MMO, with profits the main concern for investors & then immediate development of that developers next game is requested. Similar results could be seen with CD Project Red.
